Description

A powerful fat-burning drink made with raw apple cider vinegar, lemon, and cinnamon. This easy ACV for weight loss recipe boosts metabolism, curbs cravings, and supports belly fat loss—perfect for your morning routine.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the Mother)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)


Instructions

  • Add warm water to a glass.

  • Stir in the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.

  • Add cinnamon and honey if desired.

  • Mix thoroughly and drink 20–30 minutes before breakfast.

Notes

For best results, use raw, unfiltered ACV with the Mother.

Use a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.

You can skip the honey for a sugar-free version.
