Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk vinegar, mustard, garlic, sweetener, salt, and pepper.
Slowly add olive oil while whisking.
Store in airtight jar and shake before using.
