Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • ½ lemon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)


Instructions

  • Add chia seeds to water.

  • Stir well for 30 seconds.

  • Let soak for at least 10–15 minutes.

  • Add lemon and honey if desired.

 

  • Stir again and serve chilled.
