Ingredients
- 1 pre-made or homemade pie crust
- 4 cups of fresh or frozen fruit (e.g., apples, berries)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar (or alternative sweetener)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Prepare pie crust in a 9-inch pan.
Mix fruit, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla; pour into crust.
In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and cold butter. Crumble on top.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove and let cool 15 minutes.
Bake again at 350°F for 15 minutes for crunch.
Cool completely before slicing.
