Ingredients
- 3 large eggs (separated)
- ½ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
Blend cottage cheese smooth. Mix with yolks and salt.
Whip egg whites + cream of tartar to stiff peaks.
Gently fold whites into yolk mixture.
Spoon onto tray. Bake 25–30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
