Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs (separated)
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth) 
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar 
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

  • Blend cottage cheese smooth. Mix with yolks and salt.

  • Whip egg whites + cream of tartar to stiff peaks.

  • Gently fold whites into yolk mixture.

  • Spoon onto tray. Bake 25–30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
