Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 oz cream cheese (light)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2-3 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp almond milk
- Toppings of choice (berries, nuts, granola)
Instructions
Prepare optional crust with almond flour, erythritol, and coconut oil.
Blend yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, erythritol, lemon juice, vanilla, and almond milk until smooth.
Fill jars with the mixture and add toppings.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
