Made with Himalayan pink salt, fresh lemon juice, warm water, and a touch of honey or stevia, it’s the perfect addition to your morning routine.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (1 cup) warm filtered water (not hot)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey or 2–3 drops organic stevia (optional)


Instructions

  • Heat water until it’s warm (not boiling).

  • In a glass, mix the Himalayan pink salt and lemon juice.

  • Stir until the salt dissolves completely.
