Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on medium heat until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce.
Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
