Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (soaked)
  • 34 cups filtered water
  • 12 dates (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

Soak pumpkin seeds for 6–8 hours

Drain and rinse seeds

Blend with water and optional ingredients

Strain with nut milk bag
